April 18, 2009 - First meeting of organizations and individuals interested in developing a fiber arts center in Atlanta.

July 17, 2009 - Incorporated as a Non-Profit Corporation in the State of Georgia.

August 18, 2009 - Registered as a Charitable Organization in the State of Georgia.

October 13, 2009 - Initial Board members appointed by corporation trustees.
