Double weave is an ingenious weaving technique that enables you to create two-layered cloth while interconnecting and exchanging the layers. Join us to explore this versatility and creativity of the technique through a dynamic PowerPoint lecture supplemented with hands-on samples. Erika's presentation will cover:

 - a brief historical overview of double weave.
 - the different types of double weave fabrics, including two-layered, double-width, tubular, and more.
 - practical tips for effectively managing warp tension issues.

Whether you're a curious beginner or an experienced weaver, this session will spark inspiration and empower you to experiment with the endless and exciting possibilities of double weave.
