We have a portable sandwich-board sign that can be placed at the entrance to our development to help guide students to our location.
If parking is limited:
- You and your students can unload/reload in front of the SEFAA Center and then park elsewhere in the complex. Please do not park in front of loading docks or where “Do Not Park” signs are posted.

Building Access:
If you plan to arrive or leave the SEFAA Center outside of our regular open hours:
- We will arrange for staff or a volunteer to be present to open/close the building for you, or we will provide you with a door code and instructions on how the door works.
- Please ensure all lights are off, interior doors are closed, and all exterior doors are completely closed and locked when you leave the building. Note: The light in the hallway between the classroom and the kitchenette can not be turned off.
Class Setup and Cleanup:
You are welcome to rearrange the tables, chairs, and movable items to suit your needs. Please return these items to where you found them at the end of your class. For multi-day classes, you may safely leave your equipment and supplies overnight.
Please be respectful of any installed exhibitions, and:
- Make sure there is a clear and wide pathway past the exhibit so that it is not inadvertently damaged.
- Avoid locating wet/messy processes near the exhibit.
- Ask your students to refrain from touching the artwork.
We do not have a cleaning service, so please enlist your students to clean up at the end of class. Cleaning supplies are located in the water heater closet in the kitchenette. Please observe the “campground rule” and leave things as good or better than you found them.
