Please join us for Lunchtime Fiber open studios! There will be plenty of time for show and tell, sharing of ideas and tips, problem-solving, and having fun. You can hang out with us at the SEFAA Center or join us virtually, whichever suits you best. So, drop in when you can and stay as long as you’d like. We meet every Tuesday and Thursday, so register for all the monthly sessions you’d like to attend.

Image: A Coat of Many Colors by JoEl Levy Logiudice, a 2024 Square Foot Fiber Pin Up Show winner, is a vibrant tribute to tradition and transformation. Crafted with dyed silk fabric, Tencel yarn, cotton Sashiko fabric, embroidery thread, beads, and copper wire, this richly textured piece incorporates Sakiori weaving, Sashiko stitching, beadwork, and wirework. Part of a series honoring the kimono form, the work reflects both reverence for Japanese textile traditions and a personal exploration of color and craftsmanship. Each element is thoughtfully chosen and layered to celebrate resilience, beauty, and cultural heritage.
