SEFAA is a vibrant, growing, and dynamic state-wide fiber arts community and resource for everyone interested in textiles. We teach practical skills that enrich lives and combat throwaway consumerism, we encourage creativity that feeds and soothes the soul, and we share textile traditions that build bridges, trust, and connections in our diverse, multicultural world. Our focus on textiles is unique, and invaluable to, the arts landscape in Georgia as is the fact that we cover the full range of textile techniques to build, support, and connect the state’s entire fiber arts community.

The Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance (SEFAA) will host its first online auction from  April 18 – April 25, 2026, inviting supporters near and far to participate.   A preview of the items will be available starting on April 13, 2026.

The auction features a wide variety of unique items and experiences, including fiber art workshops and educational opportunities, quilts and finished fiber art works, quilting services, fiber art tools and equipment, yarn and creative supplies, travel experiences in the U.S., Mexico, and Europe, and Day Passes to the 2027 Masters Tournament in Augusta, Georgia.

The auction will be hosted on Givebutter, a fundraising platform that offers a streamlined, user-friendly bidding experience. Givebutter allows participants to easily browse items, place bids, receive updates and support SEFAA from any device.

Proceeds support SEFAA’s educational programming, scholarships, and community fiber arts initiatives, helping expand access to fiber arts learning and creative opportunities.

• Items may be picked up at the SEFAA Center during our open hours of Tuesday – Friday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and on Saturday from 10 am to 4:00 pm.

• Some items may optionally be shipped upon request, additional shipping charges will apply and will be collected at the time of the request.
