SEFAA is excited to host our inaugural Holiday Handmade Market, a curated shopping event celebrating the creativity and craftsmanship of fiber artists from our community and beyond.

Rather than a traditional craft fair or flea market, the Holiday Handmade Market is intended to showcase high-quality handmade goods and thoughtfully designed project kits created by fiber artists and makers. Our goal is to provide visitors with a unique holiday shopping experience while supporting independent artists and introducing new audiences to SEFAA.

Eligible Items

Vendors may sell:

• Handmade fiber artwork
• Wearable art and accessories
• Handwoven, knitted, crocheted, quilted, felted, embroidered, or sewn goods
• Handspun yarns
• Handmade home décor
• Original project kits designed by the artist
• Other handmade items that align with SEFAA's mission

The Holiday Handmade Market is not intended to be a destash sale or flea market. The following items are not permitted:

• Used craft supplies or equipment
• Personal destash items
• Commercially manufactured resale items
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) products
• Garage sale or thrift items

SEFAA reserves the right to determine whether products are appropriate for the event.

Vendor Fee

• SEFAA Members: $60
• Non-Members: $75

Each vendor will receive one display space, one 6 foot table, and two chairs,  and promotional support through SEFAA's website, email newsletter, and social media.

Payment & Refund Policy 

Payment is required to reserve your space.

Vendor cancellations received on or before October 21, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 21, 2026, unless the vendor or SEFAA is able to fill the space with another vendor from a waitlist.

If SEFAA must cancel the event for any reason, vendors will receive a full refund of all fees paid.

More information regarding setup times, parking, booth assignments, and event logistics will be provided closer to the event date.
