Intertwined: Contemporary Southeastern Fiber Art celebrates the finest contemporary fiber art in the Southeast, showcasing a wide range of content, materials, and techniques. Juried by Marcia Young and Mary Edna Fraser, the selected works share common threads of craftsmanship and passion. Sponsored by the Southeast Fiber Arts Alliance, the exhibition highlights the creativity and innovation of the region’s fiber community.
Intertwined 2025 will be on view at the Turner Center for the Arts in Valdosta, GA, from November 10, 2025, through January 7, 2026, with an opening reception and award ceremony scheduled for Monday, November 10, from 5:00–7:00 pm. Featuring work by 18 artists from across Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee, the exhibition offers a rich portrait of fiber art in the Southeast. We hope you will join us in person—but if not, a virtual gallery will also be available after the opening reception.
